Low-voltage winding adopts cylindrical structure with copper wire for small capacity, and high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure, which makes the distribution of magnetic potential of winding balanced, with small magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit resistance.
Fastening measures are adopted for the iron core and winding respectively, and the fastening parts such as the height of the device and the low-voltage lead are all provided with self-locking locknuts, which adopt a non-hanging-heart structure and can withstand the jolt of transportation.
The coils and cores are dried in vacuum, and the transformer oil is filtered and oiled in vacuum, so that the moisture inside the transformer is minimized.
The oil tank adopts corrugated oil tank, which can prolong the service life and avoid hanging core and maintenance.
Dyn11 connection mode is adopted to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the power supply quality.
