Low-voltage winding adopts cylindrical structure with copper wire for small capacity, and high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure, which makes the distribution of magnetic potential of winding balanced, with small magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit resistance.

Fastening measures are adopted for the iron core and winding respectively, and the fastening parts such as the height of the device and the low-voltage lead are all provided with self-locking locknuts, which adopt a non-hanging-heart structure and can withstand the jolt of transportation.

The coils and cores are dried in vacuum, and the transformer oil is filtered and oiled in vacuum, so that the moisture inside the transformer is minimized.

After degreasing, rust removal and phosphating, the surface is sprayed with primer and topcoat, which can meet the special application needs of metallurgical and petrochemical systems and wet and polluted areas.

35kV oil-immersed transformer has beautiful appearance and small volume, which can reduce the installation area and is an ideal maintenance-free high-quality product.

5. Insulation level: 35kV LI200AC85 and 10kV LI75AC35；;

6. Insulation grade: Grade A;

7. Voltage regulation mode: no excitation voltage regulation or on-load voltage regulation;
