High-overload transformer adopts high-temperature resistant transformer oil and insulation materials with high heat-resistant grade, which makes the transformer have strong overload capacity. The core is made of amorphous alloy strip, which can replace silicon steel sheet core, and its no-load loss can be reduced by about 50%.

Low-voltage winding adopts cylindrical structure with copper wire for small capacity, and high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure, which makes the distribution of magnetic potential of winding balanced, with small magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit resistance.

Fastening measures are adopted for the iron core and winding respectively, and the fastening parts such as the height of the device and the low-voltage lead are all provided with self-locking locknuts, which adopt a non-hanging-heart structure and can withstand the jolt of transportation.

The coils and cores are dried in vacuum, and the transformer oil is filtered and oiled in vacuum, so that the moisture inside the transformer is minimized.
