10kV oil-immersed amorphous alloy power distribution transformer

Product Introduction

This series of amorphous alloy transformers are oil-filled and sealed, and the principle is the same as that of sealed power transformers. The basic elements of amorphous alloy are composed of iron, nickel, diamond, silicon, boron, etc. It is an isotropic soft magnetic material with low magnetization power, no structural defects that hinder the movement of domain walls, and its thickness is only 0.027mm, and the filling coefficient is correspondingly reduced, only 0.75~0.8, with high resistivity, 3~6 times that of silicon steel plate and 5 times that of silicon steel plate. The no-load loss of amorphous alloy transformer is twice as low as that of silicon steel core transformer with the same energy efficiency grade. Products are widely used in all kinds of houses, commercial buildings, public facilities, miners' enterprises, power generation enterprises and urban and rural power grids.

The transformer core is made of high permeability amorphous alloy materials, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current, and binds the core to ensure the compactness of the core and reduce the noise.

The high and low voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper, and the low voltage windings of 200kVA and below adopt double-layer cylindrical structure. For 315kVA and above, copper foil winding is adopted as cylindrical structure, and high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure.

Dyn11 is adopted in the transformer connection group to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the power supply quality.

The coils and cores are dried in vacuum, and the transformer oil is filtered and oiled in vacuum, so that the moisture inside the transformer is minimized.

The measured noise value is below the standard. After normal transportation, this series of transformers can be installed with relevant parts without hanging cores, and can be put into operation after acceptance test.
