Product Introduction
YB27FD series special box type transformer for wind power generation (American style) is a high/low voltage Prefabricated substation integrating high voltage equipment, oil-immersed step-up transformer, low voltage switchgear and corresponding auxiliary equipment. It is a special power distribution facility that raises the low voltage from the wind turbine to 35kV through the oil-immersed step-up transformer, and then outputs the electric energy upward through the 35kV line, which is an ideal supporting equipment for the wind power generation system.

Adopt integrated top cover, with high protection level, compact structure and small floor space.
Equipped with oil-immersed transformer, with load switch and fuse to protect the line, the safety protection is guaranteed, and the maintenance is convenient. The oil is used as insulation material, and the radiator is external, which has good heat dissipation effect.
The transformer oil tank is equipped with a pressure gauge with a communication interface. The low oil level signal, high temperature alarm signal and overtemperature trip signal are connected with the main station through a microcomputer device, which can realize telemetry, remote control and real-time monitoring of the substation.
The protection level is IP54, which is suitable for harsh environments such as strong sandstorm and extreme temperature.
It is convenient for repair and maintenance, and reduces the operation cost.
Applicable Conditions
1. Enviroment temperature:-30℃ ~+45℃;
2. Altitude: no more than 1000m (designed as plateau type when it is more than 1000m);
3. Outdoor wind speed: no more than 35m/s;
4. Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%;
5. Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees;
6. Installation location: no fire, explosion danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration;
