Product Introduction
This product takes oil as the main insulation means of transformer and relies on oil as the cooling medium, such as oil-immersed self-cooling, oil-immersed air cooling and oil-immersed water cooling. The main components of transformer are iron core, winding, oil tank, radiator, pressure relief valve, insulating sleeve, tap changer, gas relay, thermometer, oil purifier and so on. It is a power transformer with high electrical strength and mechanical strength. Transformers are all copper windings, which have the characteristics of low loss, energy saving and low noise. They are ideal power transformer products in China and are widely used in various houses, commercial buildings, public facilities, industrial and mining enterprises, power generation enterprises and urban and rural power grids.

Low-voltage winding adopts cylindrical structure with copper wire for small capacity, and high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure, which makes the distribution of magnetic potential of winding balanced, with small magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit resistance.
Fastening measures are adopted for the iron core and winding respectively, and the fastening parts such as the height of the device and the low-voltage lead are all provided with self-locking locknuts, which adopt a non-hanging-heart structure and can withstand the jolt of transportation.
The coils and cores are dried in vacuum, and the transformer oil is filtered and oiled in vacuum, so that the moisture inside the transformer is minimized.
The deeply filtered transformer oil is selected, which has a lower level of water, gas and impurities, making the transformer work more reliable.
